Welcome!
Even the strongest people can feel stuck when their routines become rigid and it seems that life isn't working out their way. Regardless of how hard you’ve worked or planned on your own, it’s okay to need support in navigating life’s challenges. Especially, as you continue to cope with an ongoing global pandemic, political circumstances, and ongoing exposure to racial injustices. No matter how much the Perfectionist in you wants to believe otherwise, there is no perfect way to cope.
You’re likely wondering, “Are we a good fit?”
I specialize in working with Gen-X and Millennials who are high achievers that have challenges in managing:
✅ everyday anxieties, ✅ depressive symptoms brought on by a ✅ persistent inner critic, and are looking for effective strategies to address ✅ impostor syndrome and ✅ perfectionism.
Perhaps, the overwhelm of perfectionism impacts how you connect to yourself and with others, and impostor syndrome makes you underestimate your sense of belonging and worthiness.
So much energy is likely spent on overanalyzing situations, that it’s confusing for you to figure out what you truly want out of life or how to optimize your wellness. It can even be hard trying to separate your self-worth and esteem from productivity.
An Invite to Heal
Many of my clients are also individuals looking to ✅heal from wounds of complex trauma, such as ✅racial trauma or a ✅childhood history of emotional neglect. I help them (and can help you) recognize what might not have been considered experiences of trauma and its present-day knotting effect on various areas of life.🔸When new clients reach out, they feel exhausted by their self-doubts and their anxieties about how to navigate the world. In our work together, they're aided on becoming self-assured, healing through wounds of trauma, and living more wholesome integrated lives.
We’re as healthy as our closest relationships.
So, I also enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families facing life transitions, and those wanting to heal from emotional injuries and resolve relationship challenges.
“Allow the space between where you are and where you want to be to inspire you not terrify you. ”
If you’re interested in becoming a more fulfilled you, I’d love to work with you every step of the way.
